Order process

We are always working on improving the ordering process to ensure a faster turnaround time. I run this business alone, with occasional help from my husband, so please allow up to 3-7 days for the item to be shipped.

Currently, small item orders can be processed and shipped within 5 days depending on the volume of orders. Original artworks take a little more time as they are carefully packed and signed. Exceptions are during holidays, bulk orders, unforeseen circumstances or otherwise stated.
 

Payment method

We only accept Paypal. Credit and debit cards are also accepted and processed through Paypal.

 

Accuracy of Images

Although there may be slight differences in image colors due to the different monitor settings, we try to make the images as close to the original as possible.

Digital Products

All sales are final once the digital file has been downloaded. There will be no refunds or exchanges in case you change your mind so please read through the description carefully.

Shipping and Packaging of Physical Products

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order.

We ship all orders from the United States via USPS First Class Mail. Packages with original art will be sent via Priority Mail. Domestic shipping usually takes around 2-5 business days while international shipping may take 2-4 weeks or on rare occasions up to 6-8 weeks depending on your location and circumstances.

We try our best to ship using eco-friendly or recycled materials by lessening the usage of plastic but still be able to protect your orders. Prints are shipped flat with corrugated board supports on boxes or rigid mailers.

Small orders - Any item below 8x10 inches and weighs less than 5 lb with the packaging.

Medium orders - Any item below 8x10 inches and weighs less than 8 lb with the packaging.

Large orders - Any item above 8x10 inches and weighs more than 8 lb with the packaging.

USPS recently increased their shipping rates, and the new shipping rates are as follows:

  • Small orders - $5

  • Medium orders - $7

  • Large orders - $12

  • XL orders - $16

Canada

  • Small orders - $15

  • Medium orders- $23

  • Large orders - $30

International (everywhere else)

  • Stickers - $4 (envelope, no tracking)

  • Small-Medium orders - $20

  • Large orders - $30

  • XL orders - $35

If you require a different courier or form of shipment aside from the options above, please contact me through email and we can work out the possible options.

Tracking and Insurance

All packages to the USA will have a tracking number except for the stamped envelopes. International shipping will include a tracking only before it travels to the destination country. It’s the customer’s responsibility to check their local post office if the item has arrived.

I always include insurance for international packages up to a certain amount only and the cost may vary depending on the location and the package weight. If you would like to purchase more insurance (up to $500) or request a different shipping method, contact me separately within 24 hours of purchase so I can provide a quotation.

 

Shipping address:

If there’s an error in your address and we haven’t shipped out your order yet, kindly send an email to info@margaretmorales.com with your name, order number and corrected address. If the order has been fulfilled, unfortunately we can no longer change its destination. Any additional shipping expenses incurred to resend the item will be shouldered by the customer.

 

Liability

Any additional expenses when the package reaches your country (custom and tax fees) are the responsibility of the customer.

If the item is reported lost or damaged, we will file a claim to the courier (usually takes 30 days) and return the total insured amount that can be claimed, minus the shipping fees.

Please remember that only items with insurance can file a claim.

If the item was not claimed and was shipped back to me, the buyer would have to shoulder the new or additional shipping cost to reship the item.

Other concerns will be handled on a case by case basis.

 

Return Policy

All sales are final and items cannot be returned or refunded in case you suddenly change your mind. All packages are carefully packed with backing boards, boxes or cushion wraps to be as safe as possible. Once the item is shipped, we are no longer responsible for the handling of it.

However, on special cases that the item arrives damaged and is proven to be a neglect on my end, I will replace it with no additional charge to the buyer. Please contact me within 24 hours after receiving the item with photos of proof of damage. Please note that only print items can be replaced. Original artworks on the other hand, cannot be returned or replaced as they are one of a kind.


Terms & Conditions

By ordering any of our products, you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions.

By placing an order at Margaret Morales, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old or have parents' permission to buy from us.

Events outside Margaret Morales' control shall be considered force majeure.

The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order.

Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase.

Please note that local charges such as custom taxes may occur and will be shouldered by the buyer once package reaches his/her country.


Privacy Policy

All personal information you provide us with or that we obtain will be handled by Margaret Morales as responsible for the personal information.

Card information is transmitted over secure SSL encryption and is not stored.

 Margaret Morales reserves the right to amend any information above without prior notice.
